Cancellation Policy

We do appreciate that your time is valuable and with this in mind we do our best to run to scheduled times. Please let us know if there is a problem in keeping your appointment time. We understand at times there are emergencies that require your attention, however, we do need at least 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment. We do not double book, so last minute cancellations or no shows will incur a 50% cancellation fee. A credit card or cash deposit will be required for intensive treatments over 1 1/2 hours. Booking an appointment is in an acknowledgement of these terms and conditions.
